Disclaimer for freshdirrect.buzz

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at freshdirrect.buzz. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who We Are

Freshdirrect Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Freshdirrect Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being matched with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content on this website is general. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial adviser. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, your location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with any coverage questions.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood, and damaged structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Freshdirrect Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or has no errors.
